The Vineyard
20 hectares between Bayon sur Gironde and Gauriac. Calcareous clay soils, and some red clay and gravel plots. An ideal South South West exposure on hillsides.
Conducted in organic and certified by Ecocert since 1999, we work in a traditional way, weeding one row out of two, ploughing and green fertilizers sown each autumn. The vine has also been enhanced by biodynamics in recent years and certified by Demeter since 2020.
The cellar
Our wines are also the heritage of a long-standing tradition.
For generations, we have produced exclusively red wines, reflecting the tradition and distinctive character of the Côtes de Bourg appellation.
Today, I also produce a 100% Malbec pressed Rosé.
NO OENOLOGICAL ADDITIVES
In the cellar, we have also chosen simplicity and efficiency.
Our wines ferment naturally with indigenous yeasts, and we keep the use of sulphites to a minimum.
